Description The project consists on using the OECD country peer review methodology to assess the progress made by Egypt in implementing e-government in central government; to identify the key challenges; and to provide proposals for action to decision-makers on how to overcome them.  The main objective of the review is to increase the capacity of the Government of Egypt to use ICTs as a tool to reform the government administration, provide quality services to citizens and increase the competitiveness of the private sector.
Expected Results The production of an in-depth country study including an assessment and proposals for action addressed to government decision-makers in Egypt.
